This triple-story barn had been leaning to one side ever since a tornado decades ago. To keep it standing, a previous owner installed steel beams inside, which left the barn sturdy but permanently off-kilter. The siding and roof had aged badly, and the exterior was showing its years, leaving the barn with plenty of character but little protection from the elements.
After
We restored the exterior with bright white steel board-and-batten siding and a charcoal frost G-rib roof. Custom Silvercraft sliding doors, along with a vertical hay door, brought both function and charm back to the structure. By fabricating custom corner trims to match the barn’s lean, we were able to stabilize the building without erasing its unique character — ensuring it will stand strong and distinctive for many more decades.
